Delivery

All orders are dispatched via ANC Couriers.

Minimum packaging and delivery cost is £15. For orders over 15kg there is an additional charge of 30p per kilo.

Returns

We are happy to exchange or refund any unused items returned to us, as sold, within 14 days of purchase.

For all returns there is handling charge of 25% of the total value of returned goods.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned goods are properly packaged and must cover return delivery costs.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
